This is a letter of recommendation for Jeff Jackson of Jackson Flooring & Restoration located in Germantown, Ohio.  Jeff was involved in the cleanup and repair of our lake home in Lakengren, near Eaton, Ohio, in December 1989 through February 1990.

We sustained severe damage secondary to a broken upstairs water pipe.  Jeff came out on the Saturday night before Christmas and did what was needed to pump out water, etc., when no one else was even willing to come out.  His subsequent work was excellent.  He was on the job until it was done, and made sure that things were done properly.

Jeff is conscientious, honest, and capable person - an increasing rarity these days.  I would highly recommend him.

Thank you very much for doing such an excellent job on our dining room floor between the repair work, sanding and finishing - it looks so beautiful.  We've already received lots of compliments on it between family and friends.
